What exactly is Bologna Days?
Legend has it that Bologna Days started right here in the Pierz area and it has less to do with “Days” as it does with “every Wednesday”. Bologna Days is a Rooster tradition that occurs every Wednesday from 11am to 1pm and serves Polish style ring bologna directly from the smokers of Thielen’s Meats of Pierz. Served with baked beans and butter bread, this Rooster tradition is definitely something to experience.
